Zhuhai Zhi Jian Água Investimento Companhia Limitada (abaixo designada por Zhi Jian) e Tianjin TEDA Água Investimento Companhia Limitada (abaixo designada por Tianjin TEDA), os parceiros da TEDA (GUANG DONG) tem em conjunto muitos patentes próprias de inventos, como tubos sem costura de água potável, tecnologia da conexão, também adaptou o sistema técnico inventado pela NASA, o sistema de aerodinâmico de purificação da água da Tianjin TEDA. Este sistema permite a utilização desta técnica patenteada para separar a água, de água suja e contaminada tornando-a numa água pura e potável.
TEDA (GUANG DONG) tem o desejo de colaborar na resolução da problemática da água potável, e tem o desejo de permitir que os povos possam ter acesso a beber a água portável segura, saudável, com o valor mais baixo e fresca. Durante anos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento e melhoria, a terceira geração do sistema de purificação da água da Tianjin TEDA tem mais instalações inteligentes, eficiência, maior estabilidade, com tamanho menor.
Há muitos anos atrás, os técnicos principais da TEDA (GUANG DONG) participaram na exploração de projetos em algumas cidades da China, como Ningxia, Henan, Hebei, Anhui, Cantão, Zhuhai e Macau, tendo acumulado muita experiência durante estes projetos, tendo essa base tornada importante no sentido de melhorar o sistema de purificação da água. Em junho de 2022, através da parceria estratégica estabelecida com a Zhuhai Zhuangshi Kangda Biotechnology Co., Ltd, uma sala de exposição do sistema de purificação da água da Tianjin TEDA foi criada no escritório da empresa em Doumen, Zhuhai, para exibir os equipamentos do sistema, também como um local de comunicação para convidados e parceiros.

Many years ago, the main technical backbone of Zhi Jian Waters has accumulated valuable experience and practice through participations in the development of related projects in Ningxia, Henan, Hebei, Anhui and Guangdong, laying the foundations for further optimization of software and hardware for improving the systems and equipment.
At the beginning of 2018, after deep improvement and precision testing, the company developed the first medium-sized purified water system equipment, which was small in volume and produced enough water for 1,500 people per day. It was officially put into operation and launched into the market. On November 24 of the same year, the R&D and assembly center of Jianshui's Foguang Xingguang Industrial Park was officially opened, marking an important step in the implementation of the scale of production capacity.
In 2019, Jianshui has installed more than 20 sets of system equipment in Guangdong, Guangxi, Henan, Tianjin, Zhuhai and other provinces and cities, providing high-purity and high-quality direct drinking water services to about 40,000 residents.
On October 30,2017, Macau PLOPS Investment Company Limited was invited by the shareholder board of Zhijian Waters and became a major shareholder by way of capital injection.
